Ruth knows what it takes to transform customer experience and business performance. For many years she has delivered complex programs of work, while also developing high-performing multi discipline teams, strategy execution and digital innovation. Ruth joined the executive team in 2018 after leaving her role as Head of Customer Success at e-commerce brand RedBalloon. and became Chief Operating Manager in January 2019. She is responsible for the overarching operations of the core Franchise business, including marketing, customer support, training and events, and awards and recognition.
